RESULTS and DISCUSSION SECTIONS: Pattern and Heuristic

PATTERN:

1. The Results for Empirical Studies include findings and facts, drafted as short sentences or data.  These should be TABLED at first, and this was discussed in the comments on the plan.
2. The Results (your findings and facts) can be organized around the distinct methods you apply.  These methods should have names which can act as subtitles for the results section, followed by TABLES and or CHARTS.  

HEURISTIC:

1. Apply your method to find results in a systematic way. 
2. Consider your results to be 'up for discussion' at subsequent meetings, and add this to the agenda
3. Take detailed meeting minutes about the results and use these as drafts for your Discussion Section.
